The shape of the monument is round and the height is 5 meters. The monument is made of marble stone. Marble columns were made in the center of the monument. A bullet was placed in its center, and a black tulip is depicted as a symbol of grief. The Eternal Flame and Five Stars are depicted on the site of the monument. The author of the project \u2013 members of the Council of Veterans of Afghanistan \u2013 artists \u2013 T. A. Nurseitov, B. B. Bokanov. And the designer is architect B. M. Maramov.
