Shot-Aman Idrisovich is a descendant of the outstanding ethnographer and researcher Shokan Ualikhanov.\u00a0Graduated from the Moscow Architectural Institute. He began his career as an architect of the \u201c\u041a\u0430\u0437\u0433\u0438\u043f\u0440\u043e\u0433\u043e\u0440\u0441\u0435\u043b\u044c\u0441\u0442\u0440\u043e\u0439\u201d \u00a0Institute in 1956.\u00a0As the author of the main symbol of our state &#8211; the coat of arms, he is one of the outstanding personalities of Kazakhstan who made a huge contribution to the annals of the history of Kazakhstan.
