Ybyraev Marat Omirbaevich was born on January 16, 1958 in Petropavlovsk. After graduating from school in 1976, he entered the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute, and after graduation he began his career as a teacher of physics and mathematics at a school in the village of Svetloe, Volodarsky district.<\/p>\n<p>Marat Omirbayuly is an outstanding person who, thanks to his honest service, hard work and tireless search in the field of education, was promoted from a physics teacher in a rural school to the head of the regional administration. Marat Omirbayevich from 1985-1987 occupied the position of Deputy Director for Educational Work, Since 1997, Head of the Education Department of Kokshetau, Department, Department of Kokshetau, since 2004 &#8211; Deputy Director of the Institute for the Development and Retraining of Civil Servants and Educators, since 2005 &#8211; Director of this institution.
