In 1952, the Kokshetau Bakery Plant was built and put into operation. In the following years, he alone provided bread for the growing city. The capacity of the bakery increased due to the construction of new production facilities, the opening of new workshops. The premises were reconstructed several times and the old production lines were replaced with more powerful ones. In 1959, a new powerful elevator was launched, and in 1968 the Kokchetav elevator was reorganized into a bakery plant.
