Gaukar Kozhakhmetova has been fond of needlework since early childhood, her mother taught her to sew and knit. According to the craftswoman, she always liked to create large things: if you knit, then a coat, jacket or trousers, always with a beautiful three–dimensional pattern. One day Gaukar Rizaevna accidentally went into the store, saw an embroidery kit, wanted to try it. So her main hobby appeared. Now she embroiders with threads, beads, ribbons. He likes painstaking, delicate work that requires time and attention more.

Gaukar Rizaevna’s work is far from creative, she works as the head of the personnel department at Agrimer Astyk LLP. But wherever the craftswoman goes, she always has a travel kit with her – a small painting and threads, so that she does not part with her favorite thing for a minute.

The subjects for the needlewoman’s paintings are often architecture, landscapes with a steppe flavor, flowers, birds and animals, the work takes from several days to several months.
